報告摘要：The study of existence and algorithm of the classical problem “best approximation by rational functions of degree not exceedingnwill be reviewed. Then we generalize the problem and give solutions to a wide class of reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces, including weighted Bergman and weighted Hardy spaces.This study has applications in control theory and system identification.

專家簡介：錢濤，澳門科技大學教授，博士生導師，澳門數學研究中心主任。1984年北京大學獲博士學位，1984-2000年先后于中國科學院數學與系統科學研究所，麥考瑞大學，弗林德斯大學，新英格蘭大學從事教學及研究工作，2000-2019年澳門大學數學系任教，2013年起為澳門大學特聘教授。研究方向為調和分析，復分析，Clifford分析，信號分析與圖像處理。迄今為止在Automatica、Math. Ann.、J. Funct. Anal.、Tran. Amer. Math, Soc.、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Image Processing國際知名期刊上發表論文200多篇，出版專著2部，主持科研項目30余項， 2012年獲澳門科學技術獎自然科學一等獎，擔任Math. Meth. Appli. Sci.、Complex Anal. Oper. Theory、Complex Varia. Ellip. Equations等SCI雜志副主編。多次組織舉辦具有影響力的國際學術會議，與多國數學家有廣泛合作與交流。
